A garment can never be better than its cloth. These are the fibers, mills, and trims we build on — and nothing else.
Long-Staple Cotton
Fibers half again as long as commodity cotton — which means smoother yarn, deeper color, and shirts that resist pilling for years. Our baseline; never the exception.
Premium Piqué
A denser, longer-staple piqué than the polo world is used to. Holds its collar, holds its color, and holds its shape through years of wear.
Egyptian Giza 87
The finest shirting cotton available. Silky smooth, breathable all day, holds its structure after 200 washes. The Leidesdorff Dress Shirt.
European Linen
Flax grown on the Normandy coast, woven for breath and drape. It creases with character and cools like nothing else. Summer, solved.
Merino Wool
Fine-gauge Merino that regulates temperature in both directions. Our knitwear standard — soft against skin, sharp under a blazer.
Japanese Denim
Loom-woven selvedge from Okayama's storied mills. Rigid at first, then molded to you alone. The most personal fabric we cut.
VBC Super 120s
The world's most trusted suiting mill. Luxury softness with practical durability — our standard for blazers, suits, and trousers.
Cupro Bemberg
The only lining worth using. Breathes like cotton, slides like silk — in deep burgundy, the brand's interior signature.
The Trims
Leather. Vegetable-tanned Italian leather for belts, trims, and patches — it darkens and softens with you, never cracking the way chrome-tanned hides do.
Buttons. Mother of Pearl on shirting, cut from natural shell so no two are identical. Genuine horn on tailoring. Never plastic painted to imitate either.
Zippers. YKK Excella throughout — the polished-teeth zipper used by the great luxury houses. Tested to ten thousand cycles; expected to outlive the decade.

The general rule: wash less, air more. Fine cloth is cleaned by hanging in fresh air far more often than it needs a machine.
