Shipping Times
Orders placed before 12:00 PM CT ship the same business day. Every shipment is trackable from the moment it leaves our hands.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid — customs fees, import duties, and taxes are determined by your local authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare the full value of every shipment; we do not mark parcels as gifts.
Multi-currency checkout in EUR, TRY, IQD, AED, and SAR is arriving with our commerce launch. Until then, all orders are billed in USD.
Tracking & Delivery
A tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships, and again when it is out for delivery. Signature confirmation is required on all orders over $500 — a small ceremony we insist on for tailoring and outerwear.
If a parcel arrives with any damage to the outer box, please photograph it before opening and write to concierge@roosbrothers1865.com. We resolve every delivery issue within one business day.
