The Agreement
By using roosbrothers1865.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you are ordering for a business (wholesale or corporate), separate program terms apply and are provided with your partnership agreement.
Products & Pricing
Prices are listed in US dollars. Additional display currencies are being introduced; where shown, they are indicative until checkout in that currency is enabled. We work hard to keep every specification accurate — fabric, origin, construction — and we reserve the right to correct genuine errors in pricing or description; if an error affects an order you've placed, we will contact you before proceeding.
Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase; our confirmation email accepts it. We may decline or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — with a full refund and a straight explanation.
Shipping & Delivery
Complimentary shipping on US orders over $150; standard shipping $8 below that. Orders over $500 require a signature on delivery. International customs fees, import duties, and taxes are determined by your local authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Returns
Unworn, unwashed garments with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; US returns ship free with the prepaid label. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page, which governs the details and forms part of these terms.
Intellectual Property
The Roos Brothers name, the RB monogram, "San Francisco · Est. 1865," and all site content, photography, and design are the property of Roos Brothers 1865. Personal, non-commercial viewing is welcome; reproduction or commercial use requires our written permission.
Acceptable Use
Don't misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security, no scraping at scale, no misrepresentation of affiliation with the house.
Disclaimers & Liability
The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; consumers retain any protections of their home jurisdiction that law grants regardless of this clause.
