Easy 30-Day Returns
Return any unworn, unwashed garment with its tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns within the United States are complimentary — a prepaid label is included with every order.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Exchanges ship free in both directions, and we dispatch your replacement the day your return begins tracking — you are never left waiting with an empty hanger.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Gift card purchases are refunded to a gift card. Final-sale items, altered garments, and gift cards themselves are not returnable. Black Label pieces include complimentary return pickup — write to the concierge to arrange a time.
